Charlotte Duckworth is an author and web designer, and the founder of Charlotte Duckworth Studio, a website design business specialising in beautiful, strategic websites for authors. A traditionally published novelist with eight books under her belt, she understands first-hand what it means to build a writing career and why an author website is so important. Since launching her web design studio in 2019, she has worked with authors at every stage, from debut novelists to Sunday Times & New York Times bestsellers. She's also the creator of the only Squarespace course designed especially for authors who want to build their own websites. She’s passionate about helping authors build clear, confident online homes that reflect who they are and support their long-term careers.

Leah is a Staff Product Manager at Squarespace, where she leads work on Online Stores. She is responsible for product merchandising, shopper experience, and initiatives that support seller growth. Leah partners with cross-functional teams to design and deliver reliable, thoughtfully crafted tools that enable sellers to engage in commerce effectively and manage their businesses with confidence.

Hann Lam is a Staff Product Manager at Squarespace leading the Invoice, Documents and Project tools team. He is obsessed with building products that help service sellers grow their business, specifically sellers who offer bespoke services to their clients, ranging from professional tax consultants to designers and tradespeople. In his free time, he loves to read non fiction books, binge watch TV shows and go for a long run.

Parker joined Squarespace as a Customer Support agent, assisting customers with all topics and products. He had a particular interest in helping others with their site design, understanding SEO, and making the most of Squarespace’s marketing tools. In 2022, he joined the Community team, and has helped create a library of webinars and organize live virtual events. Parker specializes in helping others get started with Squarespace and building an audience through SEO and other marketing tools.
